CONTACT: Call us at 336-904-6212 to set up a showing.

​APPLY: Fill out our application at the comfort of your home.  Our processing time takes a minimum of 7 days.

​APPLICATION FEE: We require an application fee ($40/Single, $80/Couple), which can be paid by cashier’s check or money order.

​SIGN: Once You’re Approved, sign your lease and join us on move-in day.
